For experienced students or those with a regular exercise routine, this stronger class is challenging through longer hold times of asanas (poses).  Students will be introduced to more postures and learn to build strength and muscle tone using their own bodies.  The emphasis is on precise aligment to encourage intelligent use of the body to optimize stretching and strengthening.  

 
 
Private Lessons

 

Private sessions allow for a more focused class tailored to the student's needs.  Great for beginners to establish the fundamentals of Yoga, preparing them for a group setting class or even a seasoned practitioner looking for guidance to deepen their practice.

Private sessions allow the teacher to guide the session towards an individual's needs on a holistic scale.  Restorative Yoga poses and guided meditation, if requested, allow for deep relaxation fostering a more centered mind to take on the stresses of everyday life.
